All client-patients will receive our comprehensive Annual Executive Physical.

Spirometry
Lab work ((vitamin D3, B12, blood count, cholesterol panel, thyroid tests, Liver test, electrolytes, kidney function, urinalysis & PAP if indicated)
Medication review/suggestions and solutions

Please note: Any testing done outside of the office, other than what is included in the physical as listed, is priced as discussed at your appointment and is payable at that time unless other arrangements are made.

In office procedures such as EKGs, spirometry, incision & drainage, ear wash, urinalysis, strep, flu and pregnancy tests are included at no extra charge
Steep discounts on lab work that is sent out (Cultures and blood or urine tests are priced as discussed at the time of service and payable at that time unless other arrangements are made)
Steep discounts on in-house prescription dispensing for many common medications
Pricing is subject to change due to changes in operating costs

* Initial consultation - $200

* Follow-up visits - $150

* Must be seen by doctor at least twice per year

* Includes prescription for injectable, troche or cream
